Terms and Conditions for Directory and Events listings on permacultureaustralia.org.au
These terms and conditions govern your use of Listing services provided by permacultureaustralia.org.au hereinafter referred to as “PA Website.” By placing a listing on the PA Website, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
1. Advertising Content: a. You are solely responsible for the content of your listings. b. Listings must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to those regarding false advertising, copyright, and trademark infringement. c. The Website reserves the right to reject or remove any Listing that is deemed inappropriate or violates these terms and conditions.
2. Payment: a. Payment for listing services if requiredis due in advance unless otherwise agreed upon. b. All payments are non-refundable. c. Prices for listing services are subject to change without notice.
3. Placement: a. The Website reserves the right to determine the placement and positioning of listings. b. Listings may be rotated or shuffled with other Listings at the Website’s discretion.
4. Duration: a. The duration of an Listing will be – Directory listing, as long as membership is paid and valid Event listing. will expire 24 hours after event.
5. Liability: a. The PA Website shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the placement or display of listings on the PA Website. b. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the PA Website from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your Listing.
6. Termination: a. The PA Website reserves the right to terminate or suspend a listing at any time b. In the event of termination or suspension, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of the advertising services.
7. Changes to Terms: a. The PA Website reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. b. Changes to these terms and conditions will be effective upon posting on the PA Website.
8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with State and Federal laws of Australia
By placing an Listing on the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
