Permiehub
Description
Permiehub is permaculture design software for designers, land stewards, and regenerative growers. Start with an accurate base map of your property – Permiehub’s Base Map Wizard imports boundaries, current aerial imagery, and elevation contours automatically – then design zones, paths, swales, water tanks, garden beds, and planting rows (including syntropic agroforestry rows) directly on top of real-world dimensions.
Tools include contour mapping with adjustable intervals, a sun-path tool for shade and site analysis, sector and zone planning, area measurement, scaled printing with grids and legends, and project sharing for client handover or community collaboration. Everything runs in the browser on desktop, laptop, or tablet.
Whether you’re a consultant delivering a design to a client or planning your own block, Permiehub turns a sketch into a buildable, measurable plan. Try a free trial at permiehub.com.

What is permaculture design software?
Permaculture design software lets you map a property and plan a regenerative landscape on it - zones, paths, swales, water tanks, garden beds, food forests - using real-world dimensions instead of a rough sketch. Permiehub loads your property boundary, aerial imagery, and contour lines automatically, so your design sits on accurate site data from the start.
Do I need a survey or GIS skills to map my property?
No. The Base Map Wizard imports boundaries, imagery, and elevation contours for your property in a few clicks, and contour data is available worldwide. If you want higher detail, you can also import your own drone imagery as an orthophoto.
Can I plan a food forest or syntropic planting rows digitally?
Yes. The planting row tool lets you lay out rows along the contour - including syntropic agroforestry rows - with real spacing between each plant, so you immediately know how many plants you'll need to buy or propagate.
Does it work on a phone or tablet?
Yes. Permiehub runs in the browser on desktops, laptops, and tablets, so you can design at the kitchen table and check things in the field. There is nothing to download.
Who uses Permiehub?
Permaculture designers and consultants delivering plans to clients, land stewards, regenerative farmers, and hobby farmers planning their own blocks, and educators and students working on PDC design projects.
