Great time to make a tax deductible donation to Permafund

It’s a great time to make a tax deductible donation to Permafund! Permafund is the charitable arm of Permaculture Australia. It directly supports permaculture projects around the world where they are needed most. Project locations have included India, Haiti, Indonesia, East Timor, Nepal, Kenya, Cameroon, as well as community initiatives within Australia.

Its easy to donate, click here!

We’ve just received a fabulous project report from Kenya. Permafund helped the GrassRoots organisation of Mikindani, near Mombasa, to build and maintain a community food garden and a tree nursery to help restore a significant mangrove area in the township. Pictured above are some of the many school children involved. Tending the gardens and learning permaculture principles is part of their school day. For more information about the Kenyan project, see our web post here.
