    Hello Permaculture australia,
    We are xavier and Soyoko.

We started a project to create sustainable living , natural farming and reforestation in Bali Indonesia since
    one year.
We corroborate with one organic store to make this project but we don’t have enough fund now.
So we would like to ask for help permafund.
But just we don’t understand what is community-based organisations with elected office bearers?
We work on this project for our future makes better for all human beings.
If possible could you please explain what we need for to be community-based organisations ?

    Best regard
    Tsatsahouse Xavier & Soyoko
